Sapori della Majella è un’azienda agricola abruzzese specializzata nella produzione di olio extravergine d’oliva denocciolato. E’ stato dimostrato che la qualità degli oli estratti da paste di olive denocciolate è superiore rispetto a quelle dei corrispondenti oli ottenuti da frutti interi, per questo pratichiamo la snocciolatura delle olive.
L’olio extravergine d’oliva denocciolato marchiato Sapori della Majella è un olio biologico ottenuto solo da olive di provenienza aziendale - gentile, intosso, crognalegno e frantoio - caratterizzato da sentori erbacei e note mandorlate. Al gusto manifesta l’erba sulla e la noce fresca, la bella tessitura evidenzia note amare fresche che si alternano a piacevoli sensazioni lievemente piccanti.
